After his three-year-old daughter, who was born with congenital heart defects, passed away, Farhan Ahmad, CTO of a Microsoft Gold Partner Company in Pakistan, embarked on a new journey.
In 2012, he founded the Pakistan Children’s Heart Foundation (PCHF). Serving as the CEO of PCHF, his vision is to establish Pakistan’s first Children’s Heart Hospital & Research Institute for children born with Congenital Heart Defects (CHDs). You can read more about this endeavor at http://www.chhri.org.pk.
Currently, PCHF financially supports surgeries for underprivileged patients and educates the public about heart diseases at large. His organization has financed more than 100 surgeries for children born with heart defects.
